4.3 By submitting a booking request, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. We will contact you to confirm details and payment. Specific cancellation, refund, and amendment policies for each tour product will be provided at the time of booking and form part of these Terms.
5. User-Generated Content
5.1 You retain ownership of any content you submit (“User Content”), but grant us a worldwide, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content for the purpose of providing and promoting the Service.
5.2 You are solely responsible for your User Content, ensuring it does not infringe any third-party rights or violate any law.
5.3 We reserve the right to edit or remove any User Content at our sole discretion.

Unless otherwise stated, we own the intellectual property rights for all material on the Service. All rights are reserved.
